"Typically, people write letters telling of their satisfaction with a product shortly after the initial purchase.  I guess I am somewhat more skeptical.  I like to let the "honeymoon" phase of ownership pass before forming an opinion.

With that said, it has now been three years since we fired up our Karcher touchless automatic carwash.  I have been very satisfied with the Karcher automatic in both its cleaning ability and its reliability.  In my market area, many of the other touchless in bay automatics pre-wash or prep the vehicles before they enter the wash.  With the Karcher automatic I can consistently turn out clean vehicles without pre-washing or prepping.

The Karcher automatic has been great in terms of reliability as well.  I personally have no extensive mechanical background.  I follow a very simple preventive maintenance schedule and I have experienced essentially no down time in three years.  Given the fact that my carwash is 200+ miles away from your shop, the last vehicle I want on my lot is one of your tech's vans.  Each time I have had a problem, your techs have been able to troubleshoot the problem over the phone and I have been able to fix the problem myself.
